On Sunday mornings you can expect that your children will have the chance to know God in an age appropriate, exciting and safe environment.  From birth through fifth grade, our Children’s Ministry aims to shape young disciples into followers of Jesus through fun activities, Bible study and small group experiences.

Childcare is available on Sunday morning for ages birth through 3 years old during both our 9 & 11am worship hours. Childcare is also available for birth though 2 years old during the Sunday School hour at 10am. The spiritual goals of our childcare is to help young children know God by knowing that church is a fun and safe place to come each week.  Your infant or toddler will have the chance to sing songs, to play, to hear a Bible story and have a snack when appropriate.

Sunday School

Our Children’s Ministry offers three Sunday School opportunities during the 10am hour.  While you are in one of our adult classes, your child’s imagination will be captured by Biblical stories taught in a multi-sensory way that encourages applying the Bible to their lives the other six days of the week.

Preschool Sunday School (ages 3-Pre-K)

At this age we begin to teach Bible basics—the basic stories and key concepts like forgiveness, prayer and God’s love for us.  Your child will love hearing the stories and playing games and of course there’s a snack!

Kindergarten through Second Grade

These hungry learners dive a little deeper into the Bible stories and faith concepts like grace and forgiveness.  Their class is a combination of hands on learning and using new technologies to make stories come alive so that they can use their faith at school and home.

Third through Fifth Grade

At this age we focus on a wider variety of Biblical stories, memorizing the books of the Bible and big faith concepts as well as some history.  Hands on activities and creative projects help the stories come alive.
